Recommend an ayurvedic doctor in the Denver area?

Hi -

There are Ayurvedic doctors and many skilled clinical ayurvedic

practitioners in Front Range/Denver/Boulder area, most in Boulder.

Pat Hansen is a very skilled practitioner in Denver co-founder of the

Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda (RMIYA) also a CYT, not

a doc. THe MD I know is Nita Desai, based in Boulder, sometimes gives

classes in Denver. She is excellent, may take 2-3 months to get an

appointment however. Dr. John Doulliard is in Boulder, many years ago

practiced alongside Deepak Chopra in Massachussettes, has for long

time been based in Boulder with full service ayurvedic practice and

skilled chiropractic and family care, he is one of the best in the

west with ayurvedic pulse (lifespa is his business name, both are

online by search).

 

Dr. Saraswati Buhrman, PHD and clinical ayurvedic practitioner

cofounder of RMIYA is the one I rec for women and for her tremendous

success with her herbal formulas, and Dr. Alecananda Devi was a nun

and MD trained in Europe, became ayurvedic practitioner in India with

Dr. Lad and where she met her guru also. She has a small ashram with

panchakarma and private consultation/care clinic offering much

compassionate service in Boulder also. There's a few among more to

choose from!
