Dear Vikas

 

Several studies are now being carried out by modern science doctors

at AIIMS, New Delhi and NIMHANS, Bangalore on benifits of various

Pranayamas on people suffering from hypertension, mental diseases

etc. Some posts in this group give sketchy ideas of these efforts.

 

Time has now come that YOga schools, meditation schools do something

about autistic children. To take normal children and transform them

into brighter ones is easy. Autism is the real challenge the

meditation gurus and yoga gurus should accept, just as cancer is the

challenge for all alternative healers.
