I have had this experience with women who have had c

section. They have chest pain due to gas that is

placed in the abdomen during surgery and have chest

pain after.

 

Kapala bhati has helped them in my experience.

I love the sciences of yoga and ayurveda.

I am very eager to learn moe but live in Canada so do

not have the resources to do so.

 

I see you use ayurveda for conditions of the yee.

I have a congenital eye problem and wondered if you

could offer any help
