Guest guest
It could be a concern where electrolyte balance is concerned. My husband is also like this - he is pitta kapha but has pitta out of balance right now. I think it may be adviseable to see a practitioner in person to see how your digestion is and whether your health is affected elsewhere and whether some balancing can be done. Sweating is good, but all things are good in moderation of course. We should kinow whether your are within okay limits. For example, my husband also used to sweat a lot for seemingly little eason. He would get headaches, body pains etc due to dehydration. I adjusted his diet slightly to reduce pitta and have noticed he is a little less sweaty, leass achy and happier as a result. --- RH <rhtx4604 (AT) austin (DOT) rr.com> wrote: > I'm nearly 55 years old, male, healthy, practice > hatha yoga daily through private > instruction and a variety of classes and have been > doing this for about 16 > months.
