Be in the present moment, says Matha

 

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Living in the present moment and

leaving all cares and concerns to the almighty can

help man get rid of tension which is the cause of half

his diseases, spiritual leader Matha Amrithanandamayi

has said.

 

She was addressing devotees at the `Amrithotsavom'

organised at the Shanghumughom Beach here on Saturday.
