Date conversion from Vikrama Samvat to Common Era: Help needed

I need to convert a date from Vikrama Samvat to Common Era. I need

your help.

 

The date is:

Agahan sudi 6, Vikrama Samvat 1938.

 

I know that the year is 1881 CE. Trying to get the date and month right.

 

The Janmabhumi 100 year calendar goes back to Vikrama Samvat 1957. Not

before that.

 

So I am left kind of stranded.

 

Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
