His family live on the east coast and do not know who Rapael's friends are to contact them to let them know. He attends a church and if you are a member and/or his friend or know others that might wish to be contacted, please contact Raphael's sister, Paulette. When he is moved, though, any visits by his friends would be greatly appreciated. He will probably undergo surgery soon, so you might call the hospital to see if he can be visited and when.
