Guest guest
I have had many people come with the same symptoms. I would advise you to take magnesium and chromium 500mg daily. You may need to only do this for a month before you see results. Drink water half an hour after meals. Drink one litre of cumin and fennel tea - one tablespoon each in a litre of water. Drink this one litre of tea through out the day. Take an inch of ginger in the morning before eating anything and wait for half an hourbefore eating. Eat a cup of yogurt with bacterial culture daily to reduce candida. Ensrue that you walk for half an hour a day after each meal. Do not eat after eight in the evening or before nine in the morning. eat a very light breakfast juice is best. Eat the larger meal at lunch and small meal at supper. Try to eat whole grains, avoid white sugar - the chromium and magnesium will reduce your cravings for it slowly. Carob as a replacement to chocolate is very good and eating a fruit after meals rather than sweets can also be very helpful.
