Guest guest
In my openion your symptoms are clearly indicating high pitta(Pitta vrudhi. In perticular 'rooksha pitta') in your body. Required advice can only offered after providing entire details. chotawa <chotawa > wrote: I have a craving for sugar all the time,or sweets. Guest guest
This may not be a problem but rather an annoyance but I thought I'd ask. I'm nearly 55 years old, male, healthy, practice hatha yoga daily through private instruction and a variety of classes and have been doing this for about 16 months. I sweat profusely. At the end of nearly every class, no matter the temperature, I am drenched in sweat. The annoying part is that my mat becomes so slippery it's difficult to get a good grip. I have purchased a Manduka mat which is suppose to help but it doesn't. I always have a large towel handy but still, everything gets so wet. All of my teachers tell me that sweating is good, it's a release of toxins and that I have lots of pitta, lots of fire in me. Still, I wish I knew how to sweat less. This is certainly not a problem of any significance, so please forgive me if I am not being fully accepting of my body and the way it functions, but I thought maybe there might be something I could do to decrease the amount of sweat.
