namaste guruji's

i have few doubts regarding chart reading.

1. If saturn (18 deg) is debiliated and in lagna with guru(4 deg), will that make ones life hard?

2. moreover if mars is present in 7th house in libra does that cuase trouble in marriage?

3. saturn(16 deg) is in 6th house retrograde (cancer). so i guess its good; however, being lagna lord, will that mean the person will have hard life. which one will dominate?

4. what are the general consequence on saturn in lagna? does that make one own life full of hardwork/strugle or badly impacts marriage life.

5. is kalp sarpa yoga really bad? all planets between 9th house(rahu) to 3rd house (ketu). i have heard there are various exceptions, can some one please clarify.

1. There will be many obstacles and jelousy from other people but through elders guidance and blessings including astrologers native's life will be . Eleventh lord in Lagna gives Satwic disposition per Parasara.

2. Oh yes. And many breaks due to eight lordship. However this will not be seen in first marriage.

3. Yes, when Lagnesh is in sixth one must do hard work to realise ideals. Vakri gives strong determination.

4. Lot depends on sign. Read Saravali.

5. Yes, its bad.

The queries seem to be from different horoscopes. From your

queries, the first two queries are about Mesha lagna horoscope while

the third query is about Kumbha lagna horoscope. Kindly make these

points clear before raising queries. I am quoting your queries first

for the reference of all our members and am giving the answers below

them.....

Now about the answers.....

 

1) Saturn debilitated in the lagnam generally gives tough

circumstances in early life and the later part of life will be

better for the native. Though the combination of 9th and 10th lords

generally gives rise to Dharma Karmaathipathi yogam, classics are

clear in saying that such a yoga cannot be expected for Mesha lagna

horoscopes! so, the combination of Jupiter and Saturn will not do

much to improve the good luck of the native. The native has to

progress in life by the sweat of the brow only!

 

2) If Mars is alone in the 7th house in Libra, it does affect the

marital life of the native. HOwever, the aspect of Jupiter does

moderate the influence. The Mangalik dosha gets cancelled by

Jupiter's aspect according to some classics including Deva Keralam.

However, the presence of lagna lord Mars in the 7th house is not

good as it indicates certain idiosyncrasies or uniquer preferences

or egoistic approach of the native towards marital life which might

hamper family peace. The native should avoid impulsive decisions

regarding marriage.

 

3) Saturn in the 6th house will be considered to be good. For

Kumbha lagna natives, Saturn is the lord of 12th house also in

addition to the lagna. The placement of 12th house lord in the 6th

will give rise to vipareetha raaja yoga. As cancer is an even sign,

the 12th house aspects of Saturn will predominate rather than its

lagna lordship qualities. In any case, presence of 1st lord saturn

in the 6th house will affect the health of the native in one way or

other. The native's own activities will be their undoing!

 

4) Saturn in lagna does give a hard but principled life moderated by

restrictive ethics and high ideals if Saturn is not afflicted in any

way. Actually, Saturn in the lagna can be a very good indicator of

good character!

 

5) Kaala sarpa yoga - as any other yogas in astrology - is neither

totally good nor totally bad. The stellium concentrated on one side

of the Rahu-Ketu axis will impel the native towards extremes of

attitudes. If the native consciously cultivates a balanced attitude

in life, there will be no harm. In fact, kala sarpa yoga natives

are known to be highly successful in life - most persons making it

from rags to riches. Lack of stability is the only disturbing

1.If the sarpa yoga/KAY/KSY exists then all the grahas involved in these three yogas will not function.Is it true?

2.Navamsa has sarpa yoga/KAY/KSY,it will affect the native or the spouse only?

3.Grahs are in the nakshatra of Rahu and Ketu also affected by sarpa yogas.Is it true?

I did not see your reply. just saw from the reply of shri venkatesh.

you r correct that first 2 are for mesh lagna and 3rd for kumbh lagna. while the 4th was for cancer lagna.

2> mars is alone with no other planets.the lord of seventh is in 4th house with rahu.

3>i'm not able to understand this line regarding saturn in 6th house (kumbh lagna)
