Understand this lord of 7th house being saturn is placed in 11th house there is difference between lord of the house and sublord of that respective house. Now as you say moon been lord of 12th . Here in your horo lord of 12th house is placed in 7th house and not lord of 7th house is in 12th this would have been negative also included are other planets and their position similarly in case of Jupiter which been lord of negative house is again placed in 7th house. If lord of 7th would have been placed in 8th then things would have been different. Hope now this is clear to you. The way a dasha is calculated is based on where the natal moon is in a given nakshatra. If moon is at the beginning of a nakshatra ruled by venus, the native will experience 20 years of venus (full duration), if it is in the middle of nakshatra then will experience only 10 years (half duration) of venus dasha. The moon at beginning will begin life with venus dasha venus bhukti, if it was a bit more advanced, the individual will have venus dasha and sun bhukti as the first period experienced, if a bit more advanced will have venus dasha-moon bhukti. If this is clear so far, then think of the first segment of the nakshatra of venus (giving venus dasha venus bhukti) as the sub of venus in the star of venus. The sublord will be venus. The next segment in venus nakshatra will be the sub ruled by sun (venus dasha sun bhukti), next segment ruled by moon, the next sublord would be mars, then rahu, jupiter and so on.
