Guest guest
Dear Rafal ji, Excuse me for interjecting, Mars ( Mangal) is not good in second bhava. Dr B.V. Raman and others have mentioned in their books. I know a few cases where mangal ( mars) in second bhava has created problem. Guest guest
hare rama krsna Dear Rajendra, Namaskar Im happy that You are reading Jataka Bharanam and Dr BV Raman books. Still please let me teach what I was taught as this is proper way to present this knowledge. Placement in bhava must be studied according to avastha (d1,d3,d9,d30/60), bhava, argala, drsti and yuti. Here Mangal has good argala on lagna, it can cause many things what You told here but there must be something more like curse, dosha (yuti/drsti of malefic), tattwa-dosha, badhak or avastha - therefore while placing general rules we must apply logic and experience. Eight bhava being like mountain meru divide the sides for sura's and asuras which have their natural seats in 2H and 8H respectively, this was taught in one of Sanjay Rath classes. Still Im inspired by Your reference to Jataka Bharanam. Guest guest
Sushri Ila ji, Mangal in swarashi mesh has no negative effect. Effect is priyam bruyat ( soft and well spoken), courage, riches, honour from king, getting land, commanding large number of men (senapati). Money frm trading, travelling, and or agriculture. This can get affected by bhav. Point is are all these desirable. For materially as well as spiritually orieted persons self actualisation can have primacy. And for that one has to look to devguru Brihaspati. Warrior ( mangala) is needed but can not be vehicle for self actualisation. Am I raking up a hornet's nest. I have been thinking about Mars - Is there any place where Mars is actually good? In Lagna may cause aggressive personality, 2nd house not good, financial difficulties, anger, 3rd house fights with brothers, 4th house discord at home, conflicts with mother, 5th house miscarriage or danger to children, difficulties in child birth, 6th house many enemies, 7th house quarrels with partner, 8th house violent death, anger, irritation, sickness, 9th house pride, arrogance, discord with father, 10th house successful in career but selfish and cold-hearted towards others, 11th house litigation problems, conflicts with sons or daughters-in-law, 12th house debts, eye disease, no spiritual values..... What would be an ideal position for Mars? Or do all negative effects become mitigated if Mars is exalted or in own house?
