Om Namah Shivaya!!

There is so much great information out now about the vegetarian diet

(raw, ayurvedic and macrobiotic)that we can all benefit from.

Nowadays we have an epedemic of OVEREATING and related sicknesses.

High quality organic freshly squeezed carrot and apple juice can

provide adequate nutrition all by itself for a several days liquid

fast and we could all benefit from cleaning out our overloaded

systems!!

Peace and Health,

Chris
