Guest guest
Hearty congrats, Dr. Bhate. Your research on drugless cures is great achievement worth emulation by other vaidyas too, where ever possible. ATBSNR exercises are simple, simpler than standing on one's own feet. While lying down comfortably on a hard bed, the weight of the body is not on the feet. What is needed is to bend the feet without moving the heels. No effort is needed. It should be done the way we move out hands or palms while talking to others. Of course, a little personal touch is necessary. We could do that when ever we meet. If done in that simple style not even being conscious that one is doing something, as for example, when a person turns sideways while sleeping without being aware of it oe when one moves the legs under the table without ordering the legs to do that, it should be possible to do at least some movements akin to ATBSNR and not exactly the same, they would start helping. The body is a machine. Do whatever movements give pleasure, not pain. Then one starts enjoying them. And that is the secret that heals all animals and birds without medicines. ATBSNR is only one model. I have developed a simialr model for hands and shoulders that takes care of upper limbs and joints as a complete anti-dote to RA. Let us work together further to develope tha same. With lots of loveful regards, S. M.
