Your statements brought in the memories of eating south indian food in

South India. Idlis, dosa, more than twenty preparations rice. Author

found total "satmya" with south indian food in general. And he learnt

all prepartions himself in those 15 years.

 

After coming over to Mumbai, he found that Jwar, Bajra, Maize are more

suitable to this land, rather than wheat. Instead of Toor

Dhal, Moong bean is better and though Maharashtra and Gujarat grow

groundnut crop in plenty, coconut/sesame oil is better in Mumbai alone as

compared to Groundnut oil. Groundnut oil is OK for all Gujarat and

Maharashtra, but not suitable in Mumbai.

 

Do not go by these statements. Let each member verify which oil suits him. Author has given oil tests

to suit each individual in an earlier message
