If you are located abroad, may be the folowing slokas would be informative.I am sending some of the slokas, hope they serve the purpose- 1. Kaphapittaharam vrsyam amlmaamalakam tatha, Bhedanam madhuram pake rucyam virye himam mrdu. (Ref.- Madanpal Nighantu) 2. Haritakisamam dhatriphalam kintu visesatah, raktapittapramehaghnam param vrsyam rasayanam. Hanti vatam tadamlatvatpittam madhuryasaityatah, kapham ruksakasayatvatphalam dhatryastridosajit. Yasya yasya phalasyeha viryam bhavati yadrsam, tasya tasyaiva viryena majjanamapi nirdiset. (Ref. - Bhavprakas Nighantu) 3. Kasayam katutiktaamlam svadu chaamalakam hitam, saram tridoshrd vrsyam jwaraghnam c rasayanam. Hanti vatam tadamlatvatpittam madhuryasaityatah, kapham ruksakasayatvatphalam dhatryastridosjit. (Ref. Dhanvantrinighantu) 4. Vidyadamalake sarvan rasan lavanavarjitan, Ruksam svadu kasayamlam kaphapittaharam param.
