Congratulations about everything that's happened for you, including

the unexpected piece of land with a house on it. Always fantastic to

hear good news and people doing well. Your Rudraksha Mala, faith and

devoted sadhana have certainly reaped fruits for you, due also to

past life samskaras. Well done !
