I just joined this group and hope some members will be able to help me

with some questions.

 

I live in Hawaii and there is a Hindu Monestery nearby with a grove of

Rudraksha trees.

 

Anyone is free to visit this grove and collect from the many seeds

which literally cover the ground.

 

I have begun a project where I am converting them to beads. They

require much cleaning and end up much duller that the ones one can

purchase. It leads me to think that they are supposed to be oiled or

somehow polished. Does anyone know about this?
