Guest guest
Hello Mr Ranjan, You may remember this post of yours! Difference between your aya and mine, 22.58.03, is less than a minute. So, Spica in Surya Siddantha, at 180.48, polar longitude!!! -- Best regards François crystal_pages, "Rohiniranjan" <jyotish_vani wrote: Interesting! Those who know me for a few months/years/longer would hopefully vouch that I never advised anyone otherwise! In other words: Don't follow an ayanamsha value blindly or just because someone has a higher dart-board score! We really don't know what is going on, under our fully-believed-in conscious and controlled/well-researched understanding of this reality! Guest guest
Francois, And so your point that you wish to prove or make based on other people's posting is? B-> If you have a substantial point to make as seems to be the case on your vague postings on several jyotish newsgroups my request would be for you to post something substantial like a file and not a long message which no one really reads! Hope you don't take this in the wrong spirit ;-) -- lately vedic astrology, François Carrière <alchocoden wrote: > > Hello Mr Ranjan, > > You may remember this post of yours! Guest guest
Dear Francois, If you really wish to learn jyotish, then spending a few minutes or hours on internet here and there and ruffling feathers and then stepping back with an apologetic emoticon of appeasement here and there is not the way to go about doing it. I have seen a few of your posts and you are someone who is intelligent and knows how to go about learning if you really want to do that! I personally did it by first learning what B.V. Raman's books taught and his magazine did, and then learning from the classics and so on. Only after I studied them a few times and tested them against charts did I start criticising what was in there, all the time accepting what was in there that worked for where I was looking at it from. Astrology is not a religion. We don't have to accept it lock stock and barrel, nor do we have to discard it with a kick without opening the package that was delivered at our doorstep! To each his own, that is the beauty of it! First answer the question to yourself: "WHO AM I?" Rest will be <tres> or even <trop> facile! Bien amicalement!
