II Om Gurave Namah II

Hari om , Friend,

The best approach for beginning is Chaitra paksha ( also nearly called LahriAyanamsa )for vedic astrology for Birth in any place of globe. If You are studying chart from KP system please use KP Straight line Ayanamsa.

Remember any ayanamsa can do for minor variations as correct lagna is the key , which is nothing but pada of Nakshatra of rising sign ,Naturally for general beginning correct rasi and Navamsa is first importance so some errors in Birth time and variation of Ayanamsa value is accomdative.

For KP this is not true.Precise Lagana is must.So for Natal horoscopy Rectification is first step , thats why horary is more popular their.

Study of one system at a time will be a good choice.

hope hint is helpful.
