Guest guest
Namaste Hiroppi, yes understand the food intake of Japanese culture, i.e. lots of seafood, soy products and meats. Also understand you have to cook for your family. When you cook, its ok to remove rudraksh and place on the altar. There are some friends here from India who are chefs and cooks at hotels and restaurants. They have no choice but to also prepare and cook meat dishes. During work hours, they take off their rudraksh and put in the locker. Or they carry in the pocket in a pouch. Then safety pins are used to secure the pouch (so that it doesn't fall out).
