ther e is no truth in it as

Makara lagna born 4th lord Kuja in nd and in D9 in 11th exalted, 9th lord [higher ed] Budha is in lagnain amsa in 4th with sani so some impediments, sluggishness will be there in sani's subs.dasas, rahu in 9th and is d9 is in 6th so some sickness to father may be there max during its sub dasa max not more, tothing like jail term etc... in kuja dasa now prayer to subramanya, and in rahu to shakti, durga will help him steer well in life.
