Dear respected pkumar, i have been trying to get to y so badly to as per a question you answered for me back in Aug,,, and you were right. i was wrong in to thinking this was going to be the end of legal matter when i had to be in court on Sept 8Th over mothers death and not having a lawyer present,, i asked you would i win my mothers wrongful death suite on Sept 8Th as i do not have a lawyer? your answer was yes i will win on Sept 8Th 2006. i did win but i did not know at the time until i got there it was just to keep the lawsuit open because of improper service to me which delayed the process of which of course the defendants tried very hard to not mail me at the proper address so they did not think i would be there on Sept, 8Th when i showed up the opposing young lawyer was SHOCKED! when he saw me.. the judge asked me my name i told her and she said well i am glad your here as i was just getting ready to drop this case on your mothers wrongful death suite and go

in favor of the defendants,, she than asked me what proof do i have to keep this case open, and i said your honor the defendant was mailing to me in places i do not live and i gave them proper address but never got to me. then i showed her the unopened mail where they deliberately mailed me at the home of my parents in which i am also fighting for to get back as my older brother born 8-18-53 El centro Calif. at 2:15 pm. married this women 5 weeks after my father passed away. he did not know this women except she was an ex-con and served time in prison for back in 1983 for killing her first husband,, and she had spend enough time to know how the legal system works so that she could get out of prison from new Orleans , to miss, to get work as a real estate agent , and so she did, her dob is 11-25-1957 at 1.30 pm or am, in new Orleans la. i do know she has a Virgo rising.

but that's not why i am writing you when the judge heard my case on Sept 8Th she did not drop it she found because of improper severs that she would favor on my side, and that's what i won,, many motions after that one in November and this last one on DEC 8Th 2006 in which i had to prove who my expert witnesses were, then john the defendant for the hospital was so mad he forgot about the case and had to be called on by the judge as i was 15Th on the docket and now the last one in the court room waiting for him John the defendant lawyer. the judge scolded him and told him not to be late again, now y may proceed. THEN I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING ,,, THIS LAWYER WAS SO CONFUSED HE ACTUALLY STARTED IN ON MY MOTHERS TRIAL SO THE JUDGE STOPPED HIM ASAP AND SAID,

Mr, Fontnot do y know why your here and she said your hear to let me know what expert witnesses you both have, he began to shuffle thorough some papers and he pulled out who his experts were there were three of them and they were all on the review panel , the judge told me if i did not have a doctors opinion on march 2, she would have no other reason to go on and she would have to find in favor for the defendants..I am still looking sir, for a lawyer as i have talked to one yesterday and he said to send all your mothers medical files to him . he said if he took the case he would pass it on to one of his other lawyer in the firm to handle it,

first of all my brother born 8-18-53 El centro Calif.. dropped out of the case when original lawyer that father hired before my father died thee months after mothers awful event at 7:30 pm on Sept 23rd 1999 in new Orleans where she was calling for help in ICU and as we have not discovered mother was with out any help no one came to her aid and she was without oxygen now we find out for more than 7-10 minutes and that's what the opposing sides own neurologist has in his own notes so it took the doctor who was called to mothers bedside as they were calling code blue, when he got to mother as you know she was already catatonic purple cold to touch , but the doctor was so livid as he entered mothers room he found three ICU nurses just standing over her not doing anything, so he had to start the protocol of all standards in hospital the ABC's when he got mother back to life mother was in a semi coma for three days when she came out of her coma she was brain damaged and

child like and they shipped her out of the hospital in new Orleans back to Mississippi in a biliox facility hospital back on life support again only to have her die on Oct 27Th 1999 @ 6:10am in biloxi ms. then on my fathers death bed where he died of a broken heart on the evening of Jan 21st 2000, as i was trying to feed him he asked me to honor him and my mother and never give up on your mothers case as i am going to be with your mother now and i can only really depend on you to see this through, as he did not trust my brother, i cried and got behind him and hugged him and begged him to please don't leave me with losing mother now you i just don't think i can go on and he told me you can an y will your stronger and i trust y, so when father died that evening at 9:30 pm that's when my brother met and married this woman only so she could help steal from my parents estate in which in their will everything were to be divided in to equal shares including the house of my

parents. i did not know he was stealing from the estate until my lawyer told me back in 2001 after now my baby brother died his date of birth was 5-29-63 in his own back yard in the early hours of July 16Th 2001 some where between 3am and 8am when they found him siting in the chair in his own back yard,, back in June of 2001 a month before my baby brother died we all of us three kids the heirs and my older brothers wife had to split up the assets and clear up any debts that my parents owed to the estate in which my older brother at that time was living with his wife called me up on June 15Th to tell me he knew i did not know law very well so what he did for me being the executor of the estate told me to give up my portions of the monies and he would tell the estate lawyer who was my brothers friend and also partner in insurance scams, told me not to even look at the papers as i would not even understand to just sign, as i would be living in my parents home indefinitely

so, when we got to the meeting at the estate lawyers office of June 15Th @ 2o'clock central time in ms. i asked the lawyer am i signing to give up my monies to live in my parents home indefinitely? he answered yes, well 30 days later after my brother died my older brother and his wife in crime gave me a eviction notice to move out out of my parents home , i told him he couldn't do that to me as you and your lawyer told me i would be staying in my parents home in indefinitely! he told me well sis you should have never trusted me. and he has managed to keep this out of the courts for now 6 yrs now so i fired my old lawyer and got a new one and this new lawyer has managed to do more for me in one month then the first lawyer i had as i found out later that what the two lawyers did along with my brother actually took my monies in which my parents left for me and divided it up among the three of them, i did then call and report them to the bar association and now i have been

receiving my monies from my parents estate and i will never recoup all the monies as they left me over 70,000.00 dollars and my brother quickly back in 2001 declared a false chapter 13 on my parents estate leaving the home still but i was paid back only 275.00 dollars and will not get any more monies due to the false chapter 13 that my brother did so now i get nothing else, and have still had to fight for my rights back because i have found out that my brother wife and he were also stealing my identity to get monies and more monies and i just this out last yr, but got a credit report from transuion under my brothers wife's social security number it pulled up my name and many other names of me i have never heard of so this is far from being over,

NOW! THIS IS WHERE I AM AT NOW: i am fighting for my parents home back and as you know Katrina really did a bomb on the house and needs to be fixed up so it is livable.

WELL BACK TO MOTHERS CASE: my older brother contacted me back in Aug when he found out i was able to keep mothers lawsuit going he told me mothers lawyer had to back out of mothers case because of the court issues he and i r having to go through over mother and fathers estate but he meaning my brother he said he never withdrew from the case as my mothers lawyer had to because of the conflict of interest me and my brother and i were going through in miss. over the estate mattes he could not represent us both in this matter for mother as he could not be defendant and prosecutor at the same time, so still after my brother insisting that mothers lawyer withdrew but he did not even when i showed him the papers when he signed where he was withdrawing to he still insisted he did not sign that paper,, so all i could say to him was well then if that's the case then be in court with in Oct of 2006, so we drove together as my son refused to drive with him or be anywhere near him as

he can not forgive him for what he did to his grandparents my parents, so he drove with my better half and i drove with my brother as i was feeling very sorry for him again still after all he did to me . so when we got to the other hearing on mothers case the judge asked him who he was and he said i am the son of joy mac fadden , and i never withdrew from my mothers case your honor, and she said very abruptly MR. MAC FADDEN YOU SIGNED YOUR WITHDRAWING FROM YOUR MOTHERS CASE THE SAME TIME YOUR MOTHERS LAWYER HAD TO BECAUSE OF THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN YOUR SISTERS AND YOUR ISSUE IN MISSISSIPPI, SO GO SIT DOWN OR LEAVE MY COURT ROOM, SO HE LIED AGAIN, NOW HE HAS ESCAPED TO SOMEWHERE AS THE MISS. DETECTIVES CALLED ME AND ASKED ME DO I KNOW WHERE LUTHER IS LIVING NOW AS WE CAN NOT FIND HIM AND I TOLD THEM NO SO ONCE HE FOUND OUT HE LIED TO ME AGAIN AND THEN TRIED WITH THE COURTS IN NEW ORLEANS HE VANISHED , HE IS NOW SUCH A DRUG ADDICT AND IS REALLY INSANE SO TO SPEAK, WHAT

HE DID BEFORE HE ESCAPED WAS NOW HE QUICK CLAIMED THE DEED OVER TO HIS WIFE WHO HAS ALREADY BEEN CONVICTED ON CHARGES AND SHE IS NOT AN HEIR TO MY PARTNERS ESTATE AND THEY DO NOT LIVE TOGETHER AND HAVE NOT SINCE 2003 THEY R JUST PARTNERS IN CRIME STILL AND STEALING FROM OTHER PEOPLE AND THEIR PROPERTIES , SO WHEN WE GET INTO COURT MY LAWYER FINALLY FOUND THIS WOMEN STEALING MY IDENTITY WHICH IS A FELONY BUT I AM GOING TO HAVE TO BE IN COURT SOME TIME WITH IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS SO I AM HOPING WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE ON HER AND ME FILING A POLICE REPORT TO HAVE HER PICKED UP AND PUT IN JAIL FOR STEALING FROM ME I AM PRAYING AND DOING THE RITUALS OF PRAYERS AND CANDLES AS WELL AS USING FENG SHUI FOR BALANCE SO, THAT I WILL BE GRANTED BY THE JUDGE IN MISS, FOR THE DEED TO BE GIVEN TO ME SO I CAN GET THE HOUSE FIXED UP AND LIVABLE SO THAT MY PARENTS GRANDCHILDREN WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE TO COME HOME TO IF EVER THEY WANT OR NEED TO,

BACK TO MOTHERS CASE: i just found out after talking to the opposing lawyer yesterday what is taking him so long in getting my mothers request for production of documents that i have requested from you ,, and the judge told us both to allow 15 days to get all motions needed and given to each of us parties in a timely fashion,, i called and asked him where r the documents? i told him i have allowed you more than the 15 days and have not received any ting from you and now its over a month and still nothing whats going on? he than asked will what is it your asking for as i do not have it in front of me,, i said john i am asking for all medical files at the hospital , all ICU staff on the event of my mothers death where they are now , list of witnesses you plan on using transcript if any of expert witness expected testimony copies of depositions of Dr, Olson , and Dr, Lepler and full complete certified copy of records of my mothers hospitalization including but not limited

to telemetry alarm strip , and a copy of ICU emergency action protocol of oshsners at the date of the event of Sept , 23rd 1999. he then in a quivering voice said i haven't deposed any body , i said WHAT! you did not get Dr, Olson's statement the Dr, who revived mothers and was so mad at the ICU nursing staff where he blamed them and y did not get Dr, lepler statement the neurologist who wrote in his own Dr. reports that works for the hospital himself stating mother was gone more than 7 minutes or more. and he said well no i haven't deposed any one but neither did your mothers lawyer, and i said john do you know what your telling me your telling me your expert witnesses that all you have is ocshers review panel , than i told him why r y even handling this case you don't even know any thing about my mother, now i expect these request that i have given you way past the deadline to do this and he told me in order to get your mothers records from the hospital they would have

to be suspenoded and that takes several weeks and i told him several weeks you better get those now and no more stall tactics like you did to my mothers fist lawyer or i will take it back to the judge on what your doing? he told me he could send me mothers old hospital fies now but the new ones would have to be subpoenaed,, then he told me he was sorry for the delays because of Christmas but, he would get things done asap. then after talking to him i get in the mail a release letter from the hospital where they r ready to release the files to me. i just have to pay for all of the medical files on mother: and it showed on the letter where it was faxed to Adams and Reese the lawyer of the opposing side john i had just got off the phone with where he already requested them but the bill was to be paid by me.. so he lied he down right lied to me,

END OF STORY: so now i have a lawyer i have to send my mothers files to with in the next 10 days in which he will have them as i am going to pay for all my mothers files i requested so , that this new lawyer can look at and decide weather he will take on the case for me, as the Judge told me if i do not have an expert opinion like a Dr. to review mothers case or a lawyer she would have no other alliterative then to side with the defendants and the case would be dropped, so i am so worried as what will come of this , so my question sir is this:

QUESTION: will i win my mothers wrongful death suite by ways of either them settling out of court or winning because we have a lawyer bu march 2 2007 when we have to be in court for the last time for the judge to make her final ruling ,

my question is being asked at time now, 9:28 central time in ocean springs miss.

i am so sorry your dear master sir, for such it being so long but i must thank you for just being here for me and many more that truly love and respect you ,,you truly our a beautiful soul and one with such compassion, i think you should also run for president! lol
