It has one complete chapter titled " bhagyadiphaladhya".It has 46 slokas. This chapter and one other chapters are not given by english translator. Others chapter is " Abadcharya varnaadhya"( 157 Slokas) In fact in said chapter in sloka1&2 ,Rishi parashar said that I will speak about Bhagya and karma. It is Bhagya only that allows success( siddhi)II1II >From Bhagya wealth, fame and yash are gained if it is reverse above are destroyed. Therefore it is essential to know if karma that were done are contributing to bhagya or are indcators of misfrtune.II2II Then He describes that IX house is focal point to assess ,But this IX is counted from stronger of Lagan and moon. He prescribes simple rules to assess. And thus slokas run Sloka 4 to 46). I am just curious if You have come across these two chapters of BHPS. And given trial to these principals. Secondly In your lecture on Nakshatara you have talked about planets from Lagana and moon. I want to ask , if No planet exist in kendra to moon and lagan, how to proceed? Dear Shobha, Namaskar When dharma is low bhagya also suffers, so when a malefic associates with the ninth house it cannot give the auspicious results of its yogakarakatva unless placed in a house where it cannot perform adharma. So we like to have these malefics in dusthanas, and preferably 12th house. So Yogakarakas can be auspicious, as long as they uphold dharma (if associated with the ninth house). Yours sincerely, -- shobha S wrote: Respected Vistiji, Namaskar Saturn is yoga karaka for Ta lagna. So as per this example in saturn dasha saturn didn't do good, shouldn't yoga karaka always do good? If not then how does yoga karaka help? Regards, Shobha.
Guest guest
??? ??? ?????? Dear Srivastava, Namaskar I'm happy to read about the hindi editions of BPHS. I hope you would consider helping a fellow astrologer out with collecting the sanskrit from these chapters, for sake of distributing it to the rest of the astrological community? I have not read these, nor practiced them, but the principle has a striking similarity with the principles from Uttara Kalamrita. As for Nakshatras and the Moon vs. Lagna. When no planets are in kendra to either, the Moon naturally becomes stronger.
