Guest guest
Om Nama Shivaya, On this day of Swami Vivekananda's Birth day, let us celebrate, and let us teach ourselves and our Kids about him. The following is a translation of a Bengali song on Shiva composed by Swami Vivekananda and can be found in his Complete Works, 8: 171. The Dance of Shiva Lo, the Great God is dancing --Shiva the all-destroyer and the Lord of creation, The Master of Yoga and the wielder of Pinaka. His flaming locks have filled the sky, Seven worlds play the rhythm As the trembling earth sways almost to dissolution. Lo, the Great God Shiva is dancing. May Swamiji bless us all. Best Regards Senthil. Shivaya Nama Aum. thiruchitrambalam.

Thankyou very much Senthil for such beautiful peom on shiva. Vivekananda came as a torch in the dark age of fall of hinduism and taught in logical terms the meaning of hinduism to the world. His works on Raja Yoga are still inspiring for millions. Let us all remember him today on his birthday and Thank god for sending Him among us. with love baba
