In presenting his pledge, Dr Volker Schanbacher, Minister of

Education, said that he feels very fortunate that His Majesty

Maharaja Nader Raam has established administration through Natural

Law, since we have heard many times that Nature governs from the

field of silence, without noise, and without problems. This silent

administration of Nature has been actualized in the administration of

His Majesty.

 

For example, Dr Schanbacher pointed out, on a cosmological level,

galaxies have a centre of silence around which billions of stars

revolve. Silence is the central ruler that rests

at the centre of all dynamism and silently fuels all the dynamism. In

our solar galaxy, planets with moons have the same principle of

silence at the centre. Nature governs from the silent centre.

 

Dr Schanbacher said that we also see this from His Majesty's

discovery of Veda and Vedic Literature in human physiology, that what

is called Chakra Vadi, the centre of the brain system, plays an

administrative and integrative role for the whole physiology, and it

rests protected by seven enclosures. This is the same for the Unified

Field; there are different levels of the atoms, nucleus, different

subatomic particles, and at the centre is the Unified Field. This is

the field of silence and from this silence the whole universe

emerges.

 

Ruling from the field of silence, from Transcendental Consciousness,

His Majesty has truly established administration of Natural Law,

which rules from the field of silence.

 

Dr Schanbacher read out the pledge of his Ministry, offering his

complete surrender and dedication to Guru Dev, Maharishi's master,

and to Maharishi who has revitalized the Vedic wisdom in its fullness

as a complete and perfect science in his science and technology of

consciousness.

 

Dr Schanbacher pledged that his ministry would teach the transforming

discipline of Veda in Human Physiology; his ministry will teach

Administration through Natural Law to every individual and every

nation on earth. He pledged to serve and support the noble goals of

the Global Country of World Peace by committing all the energy and

resources of the Ministry of Education to offer ideal, Consciousness-

Based education, Vedic education, around the world.
