I believe this may be due to air pollution.

Regular pranayama - bastrika and anuloma viloma would help.

Nasya treatment would help for sinus troubles.

For lung infection I have used balm of giliad applied to the chest and back to help open the lungs.

Mullien and elencampane have also been useful herbs for me in treating lung infection - pnuemonia.

There is good solution for both allergic bronchitis and sinisitis in

ayurveda but as has often been pointed out by other doctors in this

group each person requires individualised treatment. So even if you

and your friends suffer from same symptoms, treatment might differ

for each one of you.

there are some very good medicines for the problems of your friends,

but the treatment does change according to patients and there problems

in unani system of medicine.please give me detailed individual history
