Guest guest
Dear Glenda, In order to seek quality advice from ayurvedic professionals, you must provide all the information about your symptom in a chronological order they manifested one after another. Because these symptoms have to be analyzed in ayurvedic way to make a diagnosis ayurvedically. Just mentioning using terms like"neuropathy" does not help any ayurvedist to suggest medication. Besides those symptoms you must also have to detail about your age, prfession, height, weight, appetite, digestion, bowl habbits, life styles, diet style, previous history of any disease, your prakruti(Individual body constitution that you may asess yourself by searching some of the popular ayurveda sites) etc..The treatment wouldn't be same to an each individual for the same disease or disease condition and symptoms. Means all the treatments are planned individually not generally for each disease. That is the strength of ayurveda's chief concept. If any suggests treatment without considering these aspects, it could be useless as well as harm ful too ,some times. Note:This applies everybody who are willing ayurvedic professional advice from this group. Hopefully there are numerous medicines and procedures are available in ayurveda to reverse the condition that you are specifying. Dr.Venu Gopal Rao.T M.D(Ayu) ________ > I have neuropathy...We think that it could be caused from my > triglycerides being too high..Does anyone know if it can be reversed? .......... Guest guest
I appreciate this repsonse - this is often an aspect of ayurveda that is overlooked - determining the specific symptoms and details about the person. This is what makes ayurveda unique - it does not look at a specific "disease" but aims at aiding one find balance by usiing proper diet exercise and lifestyle specific to each individual. _____________________ In order to seek quality advice from ayurvedic professionals, you must provide all the information about your symptom in a chronological order they manifested one after another. Guest guest
Also of importance to provide are any medical diagnosis or diagnostic tests that have been made, as well as any medications, prescribed, over the the counter, supplements, and treatments received. Also any history of injury, diabetes, high blood pressure, surgeries, pregnancies and births should be added to your list. What are you doing for your cholesterol? Medications can affect circulation, as well as many chronic or acute disease pathologies. lisa ___________ you must provide all the information about your symptom in a chronological order....
