Can some expert Make me understand correct meaning of this sloka. I have commentry of Shri Sita Ram jha but Viruddhaavayava is not explained. It is simply translated. mUl ibéÎavyv smUlm! k...lm! hrTyeb vdiNt sNt>, cedNywa sTk...éte ibzezaTsaeÉaGymayuSc! k...laiÉìidxm!. müla biruddävayava samüolam kulam haratyeba vadanti santaù | cedanyathä satkuruetea biçeçätsoobhägyamäyusc kuläbhivraedidham || CONTEXT I was examining charts of some celebraties to study the reasons of Rumors afloat in Media, I recalled a letter in Astrological Magazine publihed by Late Shri P.S.Iyer on Abhukta moola in Aug 83 Issue. There in He mentioned certain factors to be seen and quoted some belief and maximas often quoted in south how Father in law or mother in law longevity is affected if Girl belongs to Mool and Aashlesha respectively. He mentioned also " last degree( text use Ghati in place of Degree) Of constellation Jyestha and first two degrees of Moola and a child born in Abhukta Moola usually struggles for existence and it will do things contrary to the progress of the clan in which it is born.Similarly a child born in the last two degrees of Aslesha and the first degree of the Makha faces the same fate.In practice this theory seems to prove correct in nine out of Ten Cases. But this is not the only reason for the superstition. Then he describes other factors That I found in full in Jataka Bharanam. But I struck here.Hence the posting ? Hope to get explanation. R.C.Srivastava. Guest guest
Dear Swamiji, I am born in Moola Nakshatra, and the phala written for me as per my pada have not accrued. I also know a lady very well born in Aslesha Nakshatra in particular degrees and on particularday and other factors which constitute a total Vish Kanya birth for her. But shes is nowhere near that. In fact she is a devotee of Baba Hanumanji and daily does 21 Hanuman Chalisas, 11 SankatMochans and a teacher by profession who is highly respected by one and all. She is very virtous and noble. In both above cases appropriate Pooja and remedial actions were taken at birth time. I do not know the meaning of the shloka you have mentioned, but this much I know by practical experience (I know at leats 3 Moola Births in my circle)that wherever The Pooja and necessary remedial actions have been complied with, the effects, I mean the evil effects prescribed to these births either are totally negated, or to a much extent defunct. Probably in those cases where Remedial actions are not met with, the effects may accrue fully, but then I do not know such people to authenticate my observation. I will not be able to provide birth data for above births because of confidence mantained in me by my contacts. regards, Bhaskar. , "swami" <swami_rcs wrote: > > ` ^g[ezay nm> > Dear Gurus & friends, > > I came across this sloka in Jatka bharanam .
