Guest guest
Hi, How does one actually count the faces in a GS bead? Do we treat the mukhis joining the 2 beads as 1 face? Regards Andrew
Guest guest
Andrew Mahadevji, You count the full, unbroken lines that go from top to bottom. Sometimes there is a full line in the inside or middle space between the beads. Guest guest
Dear Andrew, The two mukhis joining the two beads are to be counted seperately, since they are definitely from the different beads. However, as Shri. Surya has mentioned, incomplete mukhis should not be considered as mukhi. I mean to say, the imcomplete mukhis from other parts other than joining two beads, are not tobe considered as mukhis. Thanking you and with best wishes, Chandrashekhar Phadke Andrew Ng <andrewngmm > wrote: Hi, How does one actually count the faces in a GS bead? Do we treat the mukhis joining the 2 beads as 1 face? Guest guest
I must disagree with you slightly Chandrashkharji. Incomplete mukhis anywhere on the bead are not to be counted. Also a clear muhki is only counted once. If two mukhis are pressed against each other, but both are still clear and full then each is counted seperately. BOM!
