In case in one navamsa chart the if mars is placed at Mesh rashi the Marsh can be called bhargattma...am i right? Do you mean if lagna or any planet maintains same rashi in D1 and D9 that becomes Bargothama. does this planet acts a an exalted planet or is there any special significance of this. As for the result, when planets are in Neech signs in both the charts, they generallytend to remain neutral i.e. in Rasi chart it may be showing no capability to give good result , but being in Neech Rasi in D-9, it may not give bad results, but mostly remain neutral, and depending on other factor in the charts, it can also become capable of giving good results in some periods of life. Similarly if a planet is in Uchha Rasi in both the charts, it shows capability of giving more good results ,than it shows in the D-1, and generally it will not give unfavourable results. Some more effects can be deduced, if the planets are in own signs, other signs etc.We also must consider their Vimposhak Bal and strength in Ashtak Varg in both the Charts to judge their result giving capacities. Further,though a planet may not be in Vargottama category, and suppose it is in Meech sign in D-1 chart but in own sign or Uchha sign in D-9, the probability of its giving bad results is reduced,and in most cases it may remain neutral at least, if not a good result giver. Same way planet in Neecha rasi or enemy or other Rasis in D-1 bu in own Rashi, friendly Rashi in D-9, might not give the expected bad results , but can remain neutral or help in giving good results.I hope it helps you. I have Merc and Jupitor in Aquarius, Sun in Pieces, Mars in Taurus, Rahu in Dhanus and Ketu & Staurn in Gemini. What is the effect of Moon for me? Is he strong or weak?
