Guest guest
Dear Friend Namaskar and thank you for your question.........any traditional Sadhana is a practice one participates in under certain guidelines with intent and purpose to obtain the intended result......In India and throughout the world 40 days seems to be an accepted timeframe By example a 40 day Mantra Sadhana would be 40 days of chanting a Mantra or group of Mantras or doing Pujas for 40 days as a traditional timeframe for completion of ownership of the Mantra or Mantra Siddhi A Rudraksha Sadhana is the same traditional 40 days of practice in wearing the Holy Rudraksha directly on the skin for a minimum of 1 hour to 3 hours daily or more if you are able Since the Holy Rudraksha are normally worn with intent and purpose for a chosen positive outcome then as you wear pressure will build up in the Mala over a 40 timeframe........... and there will be a day of breakthrough in this timeframe where a day will come when you seem to not be able to wear that day.....normally about the 25th to 35th day you might find a day where the pressure of change in the mala has built up so much that your mind tells you that you cannot wear that day On that day of breakthrough you must excuse yourself from whatever your mind is trying to distract you with and go and sit with mala for a minimum of one to 3 hours or until the pressure discharges........the meaning of this breakthrough is that your life has changed for the better by your intent and purpose through the practice of wearing the Holy Rudraksha on the skin.....then one must wear each day to the 40th day to complete the practice of initiation of Rudraksha to wearer or........the Rudraksha Sadhana Although the Holy Rudraksha is energized and Blessed by the Lord Siva as it grows to maturity on the tree and Rudra Center then Blesses agin in Hindu Temple in clients name to give direction to the energy to that wearer.......the Rudraksha Sadhana seems to be the final 40 day process of Rudraksha identifying and becomeing one with wearer If the 40 day Sadhana is broken then all is needed is to start over again hope this helps to explain Wishing you and Family the Best Rudra Center India and America DharmaDev Arya , "Mathewgary" <ravalgautamv wrote: > > Namaste S R DharmaDeva Aryaji, > > Om Namah Shivaye !!!!! > > I read some of your reply.
