Namaste Sanjay, my two cents' worth:

 

Your wife's dreams sound like something from past life samskaras that

is innate within her soul which she has brought with her into this

lifetime. She would have been very devoted to a guru and done very

good deeds. These dreams are auspicious. They could indicated

spiritual acceleration on her part, having the memories of past lives

return to her. If she has neglected piousness due to being busy, the

dreams are reminders that she should begin doing some dharma and seva

again. These gradually liberate the soul even though they might take

many more rebirths.
