BPHS, Jamini etc. which author, publisher?

Hello Everybody,

What are the best translations available for BPHS and Jamini Sutras? I know that there are many available by different authors. I also read in Shri K.N. Rao's book that most of the english translations have plenty of errors.

I am open to both English as well as Hindi but I need good BPHS and Jamini Sutras which have minimum errors, elaborative, lucid language that can be understood clearly. I can also go for two copies by different authors if one is accurate and the other one is elaborative and easy to understand.

I request gurus and senior members to kindly suggest me the books for BPHS and Jamini Sutras.

If there are some exceptionally good books in Hindi on vedic astrology, please do suggest them also.

Till date, I find PVR Ji's book (IAVA) the most accurate and perfect one with most appropriate content and very easy to understand language with good exercises. If there are some books in Hindi with same level, I would love to read them too.

Hi SG,

I have many books on astrology. Do you want details about "Intergrated Approach to Vedic Astrology" or BPHS.

I have only one BPHS by Raja Publications, that is in hindi and not too elaborative. I have seen almost one page of sanskrit text with the translation in just two to four sentces.

So, I am looking for good translation in BPHS. I have heard that Santhanam is better and I was recommeded PS Shastri books for Jamini.

If you want to know specifically about some book(s), please let me know.
