Guest guest
Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Sankhapushpi are great nerve regenerators. I have suffered neuron damage in the brain. When I started taking the Mentat syrup of Himalaya Health Care, which is a combination of many herbs, I felt tingling sensation in the brain. The psychiatrist who had prescribed it said that was because the dead neurons were being reactivated. Now I feel pranayama would be great to regenerate the nervous system.
