Yes the 3 mukh rudraksh can be worn with 7 mukh. 3 mukh Lord Agni bead burns up karmas from past lives and those created this life. This makes way for person to have clean slate and new beginnings for doing good things. 3 mukh is also effective for persons who are mangalik. 7 mukh rudraksh MahaLaxmi bead bestows abundance, wealth and properity when mantra and offerings are made to MahaLaxmi. 7 mukh is also good for those afflicted by Shani. Effect of combination of 3 and 7 mukhs would be: 3 mukh removes negative karmas and 7 mukh brings prosperity and both help with wellbeing. Its ok that you forgot and went to bathroom wearing rudraksh. For peron who genuinely forgets, there are no bad effects by doing this - its not a sin.
