Guest guest
Dear I hope, I can address you by your first name. Your article on insomnia is very wqell-written and informative. I am preserving it for future reference. May I add my own thinking without being an expert. You know, I have been doing those simple three-minute ATBSNR exercises for the last 15 or 16 years. As a result, I never had a problem with my sleep. Even when I sleep for a while and get up after doing the exercises for three to five minutes, I feel fresh as if I had a five hours' sound sleep feeling fresh like a flower each time. Of course, proper and light diet and other things associated with proper sleep are necessary. With personal regards and best wishes for a happy new year to you and all online friends, S. M.
