Dear Friends,

Just a couple of days back I had written that I loved the piece of

Plum

cake received at Christmas every year in school.

Being born in the family, culture and religion where I am, our daily

shopping for

the kitchen does not consist of cakes and such type of western

products.

At the most a packet of Bread which has now become the staple

breakfast item

in nearly every home in India, at least in cities. So we can of

course buy anything,

theres no bar or restrictions on anyone, but we do not do such buying

as its not

in our regular agenda.

Today my daughetr and wife had gone for some purchasing and You may

not

believe but my daughter remembered that I like plum cake and she

brought one

for me. I just had a slice few minutes back. And mind You theres no

talk between

us on what I write on Forums or otherwise too, least of all a Plum

cake. This was

done out of the blue. and probably since the whole last year we have

never used

the word Plum in our daily talks, but only today.

Now who put this thought in her mind to get me a Plum cake ? except

for the merciful all loving Lord. I have been a faitjhful lover of

Christ and

His photo adorns my Pooja (Worship place) among the other Gods, whom

I remember at least 2 times a day, in the morning and at Sunset time.

Plus a bond has been formed between us since childhood I studied in a

Catholic school,

used to visit the Church (Just for few moments, cant sit all through

the Mass).,my

Son too passed from the same school and yesterday too visited the

Church (from outside),

just to have a glimpse of the decorations. I do talk to him at times.

And what a wonderful way, though may seem insignificant to many, but

His way of showing 'Yes I remember You. You have not been forgotten'.

well I thank Him and My own father too (The religion where I have

been born).

Sorry for this mail, totally non-astrological. But I felt like

mentioning this to the readers,

that small mercies are in plenty, we just have to notice them.

regards,

Bhaskar.
