confusions

Dear Guruji,

I want to consult you regarding some of the confusions which are disturbing me for some time.

I am a student of astrology and as such I had once done some predictions for my friend. My friend is a student of Chartered Accountancy (Final). He has some very good combinations in his Horoscope. Despite this He is unable to clear it for some time and is very depressed. I am really concerned about him as he is my best friend and as a friend I am not able to help him due to lack of clarity and confusions about some aspects of his Horoscope.

I am also attaching his chart in jhd format with this e mail. Please take this chart as an example to remove my confusions as described below:

His details are as follows:

Birth 15/11/1980

Birth Time: 11:50 AM

Birth Place: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

The peculiarities of his chart and my confusions related to it are as follows:

He has a KALPADRUMA Yoga in his chart.

Question: Why he is not getting the favourable results of such a good Yoga? When does the native start getting the result of such a good yoga?

He is also endowed with Mahaparivartan Yoga i.e : Parivartan of 9th and 10th lords.

His 5th lord is strengthened with Neechbhanga Yoga

His lagna lord, 5th lord and Jupiter are in conjunction in the 9th house

Question: Despite of all this favourable points he is experiencing difficulties in clearing the exams. Why does this happen? Can you please suggest some remedy for this situation?

His Shashtyamsa Chart (D60) has Sun and Saturn in Own house and Exalted but in 6th and 8th house respectively.

Question: Does any planet in Exaltation, Mooltrikona or Own House but in Dusthana in the respective Varga Charts indicate ill effect or good effect?

I would like to request you to please look into this matter and shed some light to my confusions taking my friend’s chart as an example.
