If one were to look through Sri Swamiji's bhajan books, both spellings can be found. "Jai Guru Datta Sri Guru Datta Na Talli Datta na Tandri Datta" in BM3 page 91 is a Telugu song. then on page 147 is "Jaya Guru Datta" Many times one can hear Sri Swamiji singing "jai guru datta" How can it be wrong? Isn't the important issue to sing HIs bhajans? Koti pranams to His Lotus Feet Sri Guru Datta Hanuman > I mean to ask, It is JAYA not JAI. > > Thanks and Regards, > > PRL > > lp <prl_sgs wrote: > Jaya Guru Datta > > I am the new entrant to this group and very glad to join in this.
