Guest guest
OM NAMAH SIVAYA i noticed on homepage a video of some people maybe taking a cue from Amma and offering free hugs, check it out. http://video./video/play?vid=d6a6e5a577af0b83c1380d45ce7be57b.1213531&cache=1 it is interesting to note in this random act of kindness, watch how in every shot not only does the hugger and the huggee(?) have huge smiles. but the people watching the hug have big smiles on their faces also. what a great example of our actions and vibrations have a ripple effect. Guest guest
Thanks for sharing that video. It was "heartening" It reminded me of one a friend sent back in October, so I'm sharing that one, too, on the same topic, with a different twist. http://christiansforcannabis.com/e107/comment.php?comment.news.44 BTW Who sings that version of "Over the Rainbow" ? I have been wondering for years, including whether it's Eric Clapton. I know he recorded that song, but I haven't heard it -- unless that was it! Mary Ann PS and another BTW: I couldn't find the link my friend sent me, so I did a search for You Tube and "free hugs" and found the video on this special site ... not a site I've visited before Ammachi, "ecjensen_us" <ecjensen_us wrote: > > OM NAMAH SIVAYA > > i noticed on homepage a video of some people maybe taking a cue > from Amma and offering free hugs, check it out. > > > http://video./video/play?vid=d6a6e5a577af0b83c1380d45ce7be57b.1213531&cache=1 > > it is interesting to note in this random act of kindness, watch how in > every shot not only does the hugger and the huggee(?) have huge > smiles. but the people watching the hug have big smiles on their faces > also. what a great example of our actions and vibrations have a > ripple effect. > > JAI MA >

Guest guest
Thank you, Max. That rhythm and strumming didn't sound like EC but this is the first I heard of the performer's name, though I've heard this tune on commercials, etc. MAV Ammachi, Max Dashu <maxdashu wrote: > > No, it's Iz: Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, the late great Hawaiian singer. > > >BTW Who sings that version of "Over the Rainbow" ? > > -- > Max Dashu > Suppressed Histories Archives > http://www.suppressedhistories.net > Real Women, Global Vision >
