Hanuman Olympics Gallery Live in Peace A Yoga Retreat for Young Adults

The Live in Peace Retreat is the annual Yoga Retreat for young adults between the ages of 13-28. During this retreat there will be opportunities for group learning around Yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), shat karma (cleansing), and Yoga philosophy. We will also play games together, cook, sing, share our stories, take part in a fire circle, go on hikes, and much more. The retreat is for both people still new to Yoga as well as those who are more familiar with Ashtanga Yoga. Our honored teacher, Baba Hari Dass, will join us for a number of events during this retreat.

This retreat is a very special time for young people interested in Yoga. It creates a supportive environment where we can be with one another, practice together, sing, laugh, cry and share our stories. It helps us learn from one another and from our revered teacher, Babaji. It also helps create a satsang or community of like minded people that gives us the strength to live our lives from our hearts. Old friends and new alike are encouraged to join us for this very special retreat.

“Work honestly

Meditate every day

Meet people without fear

and PLAY " - Baba Hari Dass
