In order to obtain better stability of blood sugar, pancreas must be

working properly, causing insulin secretion only as much as needed.

More importantly insulin must reach and get utilised by cells. bio-

availability of medication also must improve. In order to clear the

debris caking up cellular membrane (ama accumulation) author tried certain

naturopathy techniques which include diet of fruits, vegetables, moong bean,

Jwar, Rice, Bajra bread preparations and stopping wheat+bakery items for a week. No none vegetarian items. Dairy was only buttermilk after lunch. Many naturopaths have warned that diabetics should be careful during such diets as severe hyper/hypoglycemia can be the danger.

Despite moong beans this diet was high-carb, high veggies. The

surprising outcome was the reduced oscillation in sugar levels, the

difference between FS and PP levels. Both levels were now lower with

same medication as earlier, and despite dates, fruits allowed. The number of patients however is not large and to confirm that this technique is successful on a large number,

many should try it and report their experience. Who will support

alternative drug trials? There is nothing to sell and obtain profits!

Similar experience is reported here:
