My personal affirmations (for all)

Namaste to all:

 

I agree that medicines should only be used on a temporary basis until

one's own body system is strong enought to function independently.

It may take some creativity and effort in the beginning. But, at

least, the person will be able to understand his own thinking and

bodily functions.

 

In the past, my father had hypertension when he was about 40 years

old. Since then, he had kept a strict regimen of several pills on a

daily basis to control his blood pressure. In the end, these pills

weakened his kidneys to the point that it failed in the end.

 

I recommend that everyone should be less dependent on drugs and

medicines. I believe ayurveda is one of the keys to living a

naturally healthy life.
