Mathematical relationship and meaning of planetary positions

In many computerised horoscopes the planetary positions are indicated

as below:

 

SUN - 11-110-13'-2"

MOON - 4-90-16'-41"

 

I would like to know the meanings of all the four numbers.

 

Also the formula for converting these into degress or minutes etc.

 

If you can suggect some web site which gives all these calculations I

will be highly obliged.
