I am writing this on behalf of my brother-in-law - husband's

brother. He has always had problems with careers in his life and

never had a stable career/source of income. He is mostly into

gambling and loses more than he earns through that. He has been

jobless for several years now and lives on some money from gambling

and is dependant on his parents/siblings for financial support for

himself and his family. He is already a grandfather himself, but
