Guest guest
Really? But the person has no liver cancer and is not my husband. He is a friend with none of those problems.Yet like all astrologers caught with their pants down, you always find a reason for anything in the stars, even untrue things. How can one trust astrology then? Paulo Hello Ms Ronda, Your husband is currently in the sub period ofVenus in the main period of Rahu. Venus is weak in his chart and is placed in the house of diseases. Venus is further severely afflicted by the most malefic planet, Moon, in his natal chart. This sub period is running upto May, 2008. Things are quite difficult and are likely to be so. Some improvement can be expected through astral remedies. Guest guest
Paulo, This is a bad joke. You have been ridiculing astrology using various ids on various groups. You have been removed thrice from this group but you keep sneaking back using another id. Astrology works on given birth data and their supposed correctness. You are being banned from this group. But, I am sure you will sneak in using another id. Moderator, JR group. - changewind ; vedic astrology ; Saturday, 16 December, 2006 01:45 Re: my husband Really? Guest guest
Hello folks, esp.Ronda, from what I see: 1)Choudhry did NOT say explicitly that your horoscope suggests that Mr. X is your husband (whether it is your friend or enemy or secret lover or figment of imagination does not matter). Now you are telling it is your friend-who knows how true that statement is? 2) For the given horoscope, he claims that the period is not good, healthwise. He did not claim that it is a clear case dealing with liver or malignant tumour or anything of that sort. 3) Since he says the bad period is up to may 2008, it is prudent to keep fingers crossed till the end of that period. 4) How sure is anybody about the EXACT time of birth of Mr. X (ASSUMING Mr. X REALLY EXISTS and you did not bluff on this account also, to the best of your knowledge)? 5) Again, and always, jyothish is supposed to be an excercise based on (putative perhaps) collective knowledge of correlations. It needs basic common sense to have a rudimentary understanding of the way probability and statistics work (just like as applied to epidemiolgy etc) wherein there is no gaurante that something will/will not happen to a particular individual at an exact moment. The reason I mentioned common sense is because, fundamentals of probability are based on AXIOMs - meaning, for example, there is no MATHEMATICAL proof yet that the probability of getting a head or tail with a single toss is 0.5. One can say it is obvious that it is either a tail or head so 50/50; yet, this is not a rigorous mathematical proof (as any mathematician would agree). In fact, much of we find in science/math textbooks are not as robust as one is psyched to believe, in the first place; quantum physicists can vouch for this, for example. Even Newton's third law does not apply for certain extreme cases and light is not the fastest entity as Einstien famously claimed (talk tachyons, bosons etc). This way, one can catch the scientific community, medicine (which is not even an accurate science, as specified in the patient disclaimer forms of US hospitals, assuming science can be accurate!) folks and perhaps, all the communities that matter "pants down" without much trouble; that is an interesting hobby for some folks, perhaps. There are better sites in internet for this "pants down" stuff, of course! That said, this mail is meant for all (I am not sure Ronda can understand/appreciate with the bias/hoodwink that we perceive from her mail). BTW, I do not know Mr. Choudhry or anybody else in this forum. Regards. Raj Bhardwaj <rajbhardwaj1949 (AT) (DOT) co.in> wrote: Hello Paulo, May God bless you really ! Guest guest
hi i found out that when malefics cross the MEP(most important point) of a sign,or degree of lagna, something bad happens. But then..i looked at the other months and found out the same malefics cross this points every months of the year and nothing happens. So,either astrology works..or the people who developed it were very clever.
