Karmic Twins: do they have same challenges in life

Dear Learned Members:

 

I have pondering over an Idea for quite sometime.

 

If two people born at different places, have same birth chart (born in

same lagna, on same day); will they face similar challenges in life.

(they may have different navamsa, and other charts)

 

If yes, will they benefit, if they communicated with each other.

 

The concept of birth twins having same birth chart but different and

same habits has been observed by some. Correct me on this, if so!
