Guest guest
Hi Allow me to explain this southern hemisphere problem. In Chinese astrology we have this problem just like Tropical astrologers. My teacher said that a Wood person born in wood season(spring) is strong or timely, even if born in S.Hemisphere. Only the person born in S. hemisphere is not as strong. Personally im not satisfied with this theory. Pretty vague. Tropical astrology based on seasons doesnt hold. If we change signs in S.H. we still have a proble. What about people born in Equator. What chart will he use,SH or NH?There are many people in this zone you know? So,only Sideral or Zi wei douch, another form of Chinese astrology, could work as they ignore seasons. Having said that,i need help, cause i dont at all identify with Taurus rising, save for the fact that I eat a lot. But im too brainy, restless, need mental stimulation typical of Gemini rising or Lagna. I need to be on the move, travel, i am childlike not to say childish, another Gemini trait, and vulnerable with talent for drawing. Now where all this comes from? born: 9 jan 1962 14.15 in Lisboa,Portugal Thanks Paulo
Guest guest
Aries navamsha rising, with mercury placed in it and mercury in mutual reception or exchange with mars. In rashi, ascendant rises in star of moon, known for its restlessness and childishness. Moon is in angle, in a movable sign, weak in pakshabala and shadbala, hence the childishness ends up being negative for you in the long run as opposed to being 'lovable' :-) RR vedic astrology, "paulo mendes" <woodwater1000 wrote: > > Hi Allow me to explain this southern hemisphere problem. > In Chinese astrology we have this problem just like Tropical astrologers. > My teacher said that a Wood person born in wood season(spring) is strong or timely, even if born in S.Hemisphere. Guest guest
Since my last response was not fully posted -- I think BPHS and Brihat Samhita should be studied. It would carry Jaimini too If anyone is limiting themselves to just rashi chart and thinking that is the extent of jyotish, well -- the smorgasbord example I had which did not get posted would have made more light! But -- Good luck to you, Paulo! RR
