Guest guest
A female colleague of mine finds: during winter, during early mornings, when she moves doing her household works gets dry feet even though she wears footwear. She gets relief by applying Bioline or Vaseline. Please suggest some remedies. Thanks and regards.
Guest guest
First take a warm bath or warm footbath and then use a pumice stone or something similar and scrub the bottom of the feet to remove dry skin. Then put castor oil on feet before bedtime and cover with socks. GB ayurveda, "P.
